Hey guys, I recently created a few campaigns for my t shirts, and I am getting a lot of traffic to my website, and even likes, comments & shares on my ADs, but no one is even adding the products im advertising to cart, let alone purchasing. I am optimizing my Website conversion ADs for View content because im trying to go up the chain VC->ATC->purchase, but im not sure whats wrong. Can anyone check my website and tell me if its a product page related issue or if anything at all is wrong with my site? I dont think its my advertising because the ads are getting 5.5% CTR, which from my understanding is high. Thank you so much in advance!

The 5.5% CTR is definintely a great CTR rate. One thing I've found though is while a high CTR is nice, but are the right people actually clicking on the ads? I've seen cases where companies will be broad with their targeting and have a great attention getting ad, but they aren't targeting the right people.
Here's a few other suggestions:
Have you actually analyzed the audience data yourself to see who is clicking on your ads? It takes time to do the work, so check out Shopify apps like Pollen (http://gopollen.com) which use machine learning technology to analyze your website, customer list, social page engagement and visitor demographics to find similar people on the Internet who are most likely interested in your products, so you don't have to do any of the data mining yourself. This let's you focus more on driving sales and other improvements to your shop.

Email & Facebook/Ad marketing can be tricky if you don't niche down your customer segments. You can easily burn your pockets if the ads are not targeting your customer audience. If you already have customer emails (or) leads, knowing their interests and targeting them via emails or targeting similar audience based on these interests would help to improve retention. Apps like https://apps.shopify.com/customer-insights can help you find your customer interests based on their email. Once you know your customer interests then you can segment them appropriately on Email & Ad campaigns.
