Hi everyone! I'm running FB ads. When the customer tries to purchase through the ad using Paypal - they get blocked from logging into Paypal. (It just shows a circle spinning and eventually times out and asks the customer to input the email address repetitively).
However, Paypal works fine when the purchase is made directly from the store.
This only just started happening the past few days. But, now I am getting a lot of abandoned carts and customer complaints.
Has anyone else had this problem? Is this a FB ad issue or a Paypal issue? Any suggestions would be helpful.

Are you noticing any trends with this, like customers in a certain country, or certain ads? Are you also able to replicate the issue?
Are you able to share a link to your page so I can try it on my end?
