Has anyone had an issue with the Facebook Messenger app for Facebook? Everytime a customer goes to messages our page on FB and chooses the option for Shop Now, everything loads as expected, but when the select an item, size, and color and select Buy Now; they go to our Shopify page and then get the Inventory issues message. We tried it with items that are in-stock, but it doesn't matter what item. Same message.
Curious whether anyone else has had this problem.
