I took a look at the URL that you provided and I am using the Facebook Pixel Helper from Facebook to check if the pixel is working correctly on your store. I can see that my pixel is showing a green box, which indicates that a pixel has been found on your store.

Can you please take a screenshot of what you're seeing? Are you using the Facebook Pixel Helper to view whether the pixel is working correctly? I did some digging and found that Facebook has some steps to ensure your pixel is working correctly, here: Best Practices for Facebook Pixel.

I appreciate that you've tried some troubleshooting steps. If disabling the ad blocker on your computer didn't have the pixel appear, then I recommend clearing your cache and cookies. Check out our help doc: Supported browsers, to learn how to clear your cache and cookies.

If an adblocker is on a customer's computer, it can prevent the pixel from firing and being recognized by the Facebook Pixel Helper. The details of Facebook Analytics would be outside our scope of support. You can learn about discrepancies with analytics software from our help docs: Analytics discrepancies.
