Huge help needed!
Facebook ads dashboard tells me that i'm making a few sales a day while i'm mostly making over 50 sales a day.
I used the Fb pixel helper and asked an employee of FB but they tell me it's all installed correctly. But still i can't track my ads.
Your help will be appriciated A LOT!!

If your pixel is indeed installed properly, there are a few reasons why there may be a discrepancy between your actual sales and what the pixel says.
To start, the Facebook pixel dash often defaults to "ViewContent" instead of Purchase. You may need to change to the purchase view. There are instructions on how to do that here.
You'll also want to make sure that you're tracking a purchase event. We have a guide on doing that here.
Let me know once you've gone through those steps, and if it does the trick!

Your pixel helper is working? Just match and see that you are viewing the same event as the pixel helper says.
Next thing to just keep in mind - Are you getting all your sales from fb? Make sure nothing else is the source.
Include UTM parameters in each ad, so you can see whetehr your fb data and google analytics data more or less matches, at least in terms of clicks and traffic; in terms of purchases would be the next step.
My experience with fb - I have normally had to check what I am doing wrong, but in the odd case when I have throughly checked everything at my end, it has just been an fb glitch, that their tech team has not been able to resolve, and I have just created a fresh ad account that has then worked smoothly for me. Do not jump to this, of course, without first checking that your code is installed 100% properly, with the correct events being recorded, and the same events being checked by you (choose event from Customize Columns tab in the fb ads dashboard).
Hope that helps.

It's likely an error of how you set up your ads - not clicking 'track using pixel' or looking at the wrong columns.
