So I made my first store and set up the Pixel with no problem. I decided I wanted to do something different with the store so I changed the URL, the name, everything. I didn't know if I had to set up the pixel again or not because I changed the domain, so I tried doing a bunch of stuff that I don't even remember anymore. I gave up and now I'm back at square one. I put my Pixel ID on Shopify and waited like 30 minutes. When I went to my pixels page in Facebook it still said that I needed to complete setting up my Pixel. Please help! I want to run my ad as soon as possible
Lisa here from Shopify Support.
If you connect the Pixel ID on Shopify under Online Store > Preferences, regardless of the customer-facing URL and the change of the name of the store you do not need to update it again as your pixel ID and your .myshopify.com store will still remain the same.
Facebook may take some time to start processing the data after you have connected it which is why you could have still seen the message after 30 minutes - try to give it a few more hours. Also, if you're wanting to set up custom conversions, these require more steps to set up. Here's more information about getting started with Facebook Pixels.
Your basic pixels are firing. I have used the chrome extension Facebook Pixel Helper which is very useful to have to check the status of your pixels. They are showing as active right now, see this screenshot.

That is quite complicated - I would recommend you to install Trackify X - a Shopify facebook pixel app that helps you integrate your facebook multiple pixels with your store seamlessly.
