Google Ad Words Disapproval notice - Destination Not Working

Hi

Has anyone had this problem or know what can be done about it? My ad hasn't ran in 10 days because I am constantly getting a disapproval notice saying Destination not working - even though my web address is correct and is working fine. Google say it is to do with a server glitch on Shopify.. so there is absolutely nothing I can do but resubmit my ad every time but by the time they reapprove it, it has been disapproved again for the same reason... frustrating to say the least!

Please help!

Hey, Donna!

So sorry to hear that you're having issues with those ads. In the past, I've seen this error because the store URL was entered as http instead of https. If that's not the case, please don't hesitate to let me know and I'll reach out via email (as we'll be discussing account sensitive information).

Hi Donna, still having issues with this? It should be a simple fix. Share the exact ad URL you're using for the disapproved versions.

Were you able to resolve the issue for Donna? I am having the same problem and would really appreciate your help. 

I have checked the link in all the popular browers at it is working fine. The https is also correct.

I just had to keep resubmitting my ad for approval and then it just stopped flagging up! So I never really got to the bottom of it.

Sorry it's not much help, but just make sure to resubmit and then contact Google directly as it was always sorted out much quicker then.

Jasmine, most common reason is the URL does not exist, meaning there is a 404 error. There should also be no redirects. Visit the URL you want to use in your ad, then copy-and-paste that into your ad.
