I recommend to only use Google Merchant Center for information. So if Google Merchant Center says its claimed and verified and you have no suspensions, then it's all good. However if you are suspended, the message will show in Google Merchant Center > diagnostics > click on the tab account
If for example you use Shopify's default app, the info may get delayed in updating. Any issues with the app should be reported directly to Shopify.
