Google Merchant Account Suspended - Please Help

Hi,

 

I have a message saying my account has been suspended, and it says it's because I haven't claimed my website. Which makes no sense, since when I go directly to Google Merchant to check, it says that it's verified and claimed. So, what the heck is wrong, and how the heck do I fix it?

I recommend to only use Google Merchant Center for information. So if Google Merchant Center says its claimed and verified and you have no suspensions, then it's all good. However if you are suspended, the message will show in Google Merchant Center > diagnostics > click on the tab account

 

If for example you use Shopify's default app, the info may get delayed in updating. Any issues with the app should be reported directly to Shopify.
