Google Merchant Account Suspension|Misrepresentation

Hello everyone,

I have recently attempted to link Google Merchant with my new unused store, however I have almost instantly received an email claiming that my account has been suspended for policy violation, more specifically misrepresentation of self or product. I have tried to contact google support but it was unsuccessful. Could you please help me on the matter, thank you in advance.

There could be a lot of reasons. Most of the time if not all, when Google does not provide any further info in the email they sent you, then it is a permanent ban. Google ultimately decides who can advertise and who can't regardless of policies.
 
The most common issues are:
  1. Not adding full contact details (email, phone number, address, contact form)
  2. Not having returns and refund, delivery, privacy policy and terms of service pages
  3. Selling products that are not allowed
  4. Selling product you do not stock, for example, dropshipping
  5. Not adding any added content, and simply copy-pasting other sites
You can ask Google for further explanation if they can. To do so ask here and check the box, I need more info https://support.google.com/merchants/contact/suspended

I have the same problem with my site https://lowpriceden.com with no solution, (account suspended due to policy violation: Misrepresentation of self or product) (Untrustworthy promotions) I can not figure this one out, Please any help would be greatly appreciated Thank You.

Please note that Google only allows genuine businesses.

Having reviews in May and having your website registered in June is not genuine. Submitting fake reviews is not allowed, most likely you are banned for life.

Also note you seem to be drop shipping.

Hello,

Google doesn't want users to feel misled by the content promoted in Shopping ads, and that means being upfront, honest, and providing them with the information that they need to make informed decisions. For this reason, we don’t allow the following:

-Promotions that prompt users to initiate a purchase, download, or other commitment without first providing all relevant information and obtaining the user’s explicit consent

  • -Promotions that represent you or your products in a way that is not accurate, realistic, and truthful
    - As I checked your website it is not loading properly, i have shared the screenshot below please check .

    There are various reason why google suspended your merchant center & Showing Misinterpretation issue which i have mentioning below :

    =Not providing correct Contact information on your Website & On your Merchant center.
    =All the pages on your website should be working properly
    =All the payment gateways should be working properly at the time of checkout & Should be visible at the footer
    =All the policy pages should contain proper content and should be visible on the Footer clearly .
    =No misleading Offers and discount should be mention on your Website
    =Selling product that are not allowed
    =In merchant center shipping & tax settings should be set up properly.

  • Quick Fix: After making all the required changes you have to contact Google support, I'm sharing the following steps for that -:

    1. Go to your Google merchant account
    2. Select Help & Support option on right corner
    3. Now click on Contact Us option 
  1. Then you have to fill the required information like your Account id , your summary of issue.
    5. Then after that you got 3 option available to reach out google support that is Chat option , email support, & Call support, You can choose any of them as per your convenience .
