Hard to connect to Facebook Marketing

Hello,

I was connecting to Facebook Marketing. Already made Facebook Business Page and was also able to add pixel. But the problem is whenever I try to tab 'Create Business Manager', I keep seeing the warning box over and over again saying "You are temporarily blocked from creating Business Manager by Facebook due to integrity policies. Please try again later or use an existing Business Manager", which makes me not able to publish it.

I keep trying this for 2 days but couldn't find the solution. Can you help me?

Also, was making my own ad on the facebook ads manager, and Facebook won't publish my ad saying 'Unacceptable Business Practices'. Can anyone help me in understanding what the problem is.

What is your store? What do you sell? It's possible you're in violation of their policies.

Thanks. My shop is selling various products including earphone, toothbrush, bracelets and I don't have any harmful content there.

You need to contact FB and they will clear your account with 2w or so. Most of the time, it's unrelated to their policies - recently new business manager accounts created through shopify automatically get suspended until manual verification. You can still run ads through the personal ads manager in the meantime. Once you are cleared, you can eventually put your ads account under the business manager's assets. but even then, FB marketing cannot connect to Shopify: https://community.shopify.com/c/Ecommerce-Marketing/Ad-Account-Error/m-p/627642

 I am having the same issue as well. It seems like it would be a simple thing to do but I keep getting the error and do not know how to reach out to FB to report the problem

so you cant still run adds and all? i have the same problem i cant use facebook pixel
