Hello, I am in the process of trying to set up google merchant center. All I managed to get up to is verifying and claiming my shop, but I have no idea how I am to get the products. What i am trying to do is create shoping ads for google adwords, but I have no idea how to do that. Is anyone able to help? Thank you.

Have you connected your Shopify account to your Merchant Center account through the Google Shopping channel in your Shopify admin? If so, your Shopify products will actually sync automatically every 30 days. You can also sync your products manually by following this guide here.
If, however, you manually verified your Shopify account with Google Merchant Centre - then you will want to follow this guide to sync your products here.

Step 1) Use a Shopify APP or Data Feed Management tool to connect your product data to Google Merchant Center.
You will first need to compare the tools and check that your requirements are included. Each tool or app has its benefits, strengths etc... Once you know which tool you want to use, follow it's documentation to set it up.
