I also took a look at your website and have some quick feedback to help point you in the right direction.
1) So that your customers can search your store based on product, you may want to create a drop-down menu under the word Catalog in your store. We have a help document with a video about how make a drop-down.
2) On your footer, a small tweak that will make your website more professional is to capitalize the first letter of each title (see image below).
3) On some of your products such as the Classical Nylon Strap Quartz, the colour variants are numbered. This is most likely from your dropshipper. To make each option more pleasing to your customers, I recommend thinking of names for each one. Since there are so many different colour combinations, a good method that I have seen other businesses do is to make each variant a persons name.
For example, colour 01 could be called 'Devin', 06 could be Melissa, 09 Jacob, and so on - making sure to select mens names for the mens watches and womens names for the womens watches.
4) The product descriptions that you currently have are an instant sign that you are dropshipping your products. This will take a bit of time, but I highly recommend writing your own unique product descriptions for your products instead of using the ones provided by your dropshipper. In my experience, a decent amount of traffic without the reflective sales often has to do with targeting issues. It could be that your ads are simply not reaching the correct audience. You have a very specific demographic - how are you targeting them? Are you doing so manually or through Lookalike audiences? Advertising on these platforms will be your biggest asset, if you go about it correctly.
