High Drop between Outbound clicks and Page views

Hi,

I am running Facebook video ads (conversion) to the Shopify Store. However, recently I have been facing extreme drop between outbound clicks and landing page views (75% drop). I have checked the loading page speed on both desktop and mobile and it seems fine (GTMetrix - B, Page Insights 90+).

Highly appreciate your advice or any ideas that could help.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

The issue is not about drop in traffic. We already have good traffic and user and clicking on the ad (Shop Now /URL) and this is recorded as an outbound click. However, most of clicks are dropped and doesn't fire a view content event. There is 75 % drop between the two events. So, it seems like people click the add but don't load the landing or product page. That is what we need to debug and resolve.
