I launched the store 3 months ago and have only made around 20 sales. Though there has been monthly vistors of 1.5k there has been no sales. I am on the verge of giving up. Please some one help me.

I have to say, I love your site. Your Abayas, dresses, Hijabs, and scarfs are all so beautiful. Very well done in curating this collection. Your site looks very well, it is very easy to navigate and looks super professional. The high number of customers that are visiting the homepage and then leaving has me wondering if you are perhaps targeting the right audience with your ads? Sprout Social has a great guide on "How to Master Facebook Ad Targeting & Zero-In on Your Audience". I would recommend checking it out here to make sure you are targeting your ads as effectively as you possibly can.
Moving on to your product page itself, your products look great, however, the description is doubled. It can be seen once beside the product image and under as part of the tabs. Keep one or the other - I would recommend keeping the one in the tabs as opposed to the one beside the images as it will bring the product price and the call to action buttons higher on the page - easier to find.
I would recommend running a heavy ad campaign with a much more refined target audience of women who would be interested in buying your clothing.

You should definitely stick with it and NOT quit.
As per the 20 sales think that you are far better than majority of the new businesses. Getting that many sales within this time frame is a success by itself.
Now, having 1.5K visitors it's awesome as well.
What I'd suggest is to work completely on your retargeting funnels and on ways that you can possibly close a bit more impulsive sales.
You should try to add some scarcity elements on your store, like low inventory levels, offers that will expire soon etc. but not in a cheesy way. You should try to make the customers feel the FOMO (fear of missing out) while maintaining your brands' aesthetics. Also, you should try to implement exit intent offers with popups which will be shown to visitors who bounce from cart or checkout. This will hopefully help close some initial sales.
Build custom audiences on facebook or google whatever platform you use to buy traffic, namely: ATC 180 days, IC 180 days, API 180 days, Purchase 180 days, Pageview 180 days, Viewcontent 180 days, Website traffic and 5,10,25% engaged, Fb page engagement, IG page engagement and retarget them with offers. Retargeting is where you should make your money, nor the initial impulsive purchases .

Well, I'll focus on things that you can control in order to increase your sales...what you're talking about is conversion optimization...how to get that traffic and turn it into a sales conversion. What you want to do is make sure that traffic you are getting converts, don't let them leave your store without you engaging them and being able to be in front of them till you can convert the sale.
First question, is why aren't they purchasing and is it in your control of fixing? There was a study done a few years back by NNGroup that pointed out that about 20% of ecommerce failures was due to bad product information being supplied by the merchant...they said it this way:
In our e-commerce studies, we found that 20% of the overall task failures in the study — times when users failed to successfully complete a purchase when asked to do so — could be attributed to incomplete or unclear product information.
