How do you find LOCAL micro-influencer?

ok so today I helped answering at least 10 questions from this awesome forum.  Now I have a question too!  Here it goes: so I already realized how to find micro-influencer on Instagram.  But, how to find LOCAL* Micro-Influencers does anyone have any experience with that?

*example: German Shepherd micro-influencer lives in Detroit

That's a good question!

You might want to try googling specific locations that may be listed on Instagram (e.g.coffeeshops in Detroit, etc. ) On the search screen, go to places, then look up the bar, restaurant or whatever place the kind of influencer you're after might hang out in.

I experimented on Google - it doesn’t work and that’s good, as it become outside of google solution :-)

You could find by hashtags (#detroit, #detroit[product], #detroit[service]) or places on Instagram

Try something like #dogsofdetroit (cause #dogsofinstagram is a pretty popular hashtag) and then maybe #germansheperd.
