For ad networks I like to distinguish between intent-driven advertising or interrupting ads.
For you intent-driven ads could be Google Search ads for keywords like "men bracelets". While with Facebook ads, you're showing your products, trying to grab attention.
You'll have to test which one works best for you right now. Set aside $10/day for one of those two platfroms. And then focus on one of them. Learn about the platform to get your cost per click down. Also see what happens once those visitors hit your website.
If you already have customer emails (or) leads I would suggest to try out this app(there's a free credit on it) to get your customer interests https://apps.shopify.com/customer-insights. Once you know your customer interests then you can segment them appropriately and run a facebook ad campaign (or) even send the emails out appropriately based on their interests. This can help you to target similar audience and improve your sales.
