I have two questions and I will be so happy to get any kind of help! I am assigning a certain advertising budget for November and December (holiday season), would anyone suggest certain numbers? because it’s my first holiday season as an ecommerace marketer. I will focus on influencer marketing, because I think it’s the most reliable advertising technique.
My 2nd question is about conversion rate, I am trying to improve it. I as working on that for that last 3 months, but you know! Different perspective is always better!

Don’t be afraid to introduce new products during baseline periods. Doing so can lift baseline performance and close the gap between exciting promo periods and evergreen months. Remember, anytime you have newness on the site, you not only give your visitors a reason to buy, but you train them to come back more often. They can expect something different when they get there.
