How to Add Affiliate Products

I want to list products that I am an affiliate for. When the "Buy" button is clicked, instead of adding a product to the shopping cart, I want it to be an external affiliate link that takes the user to the product's actual website, or to the amazon listing, or what have you. But there doesn't seem to be an easy option for creating products like this.

WooCommerce, for instance, allows one to choose "External/Affiliate Product" for any given product, which then allows one to enter an affiliate link that gets embedded in the "buy" button.

Is there an equivalent feature for shopify? I certainly hope so. This is the entire business model of my site.
