All I can say is you have to work with your creativity. :D

If you want to optimize your title use Keyword Planner from Google. I hoped to it helps to you.

I can give you the code, but once again - I think this is a bad idea as everybody else who commented in this thread.

The actual code will depend on the theme you're using, but let's take the Debut theme as an example. In the theme.liquid file you'll find the following piece of code:

{%- capture seo_title -%}
    {%- if template == 'search' and search.performed == true -%}
      {{ 'general.search.heading' | t: count: search.results_count }}: {{ 'general.search.results_with_count' | t: terms: search.terms, count: search.results_count }}
    {%- else -%}
      {{ page_title }}
    {%- endif -%}
    {%- if current_tags -%}
      {%- assign meta_tags = current_tags | join: ', ' -%} – {{ 'general.meta.tags' | t: tags: meta_tags -}}
    {%- endif -%}
    {%- if current_page != 1 -%}
      – {{ 'general.meta.page' | t: page: current_page }}
    {%- endif -%}
    {%- assign escaped_page_title = page_title | escape -%}
    {%- unless escaped_page_title contains shop.name -%}
      – {{ shop.name }}
    {%- endunless -%}
  {%- endcapture -%}
  <title>{{ seo_title | strip }}</title>

What appears between the <title> tags is what the search engines are taking as your page title. If you read the code, you'll see that unless the current page is a search, the seo_title is almost identical to the liquid object page_title. You can see this documentation to learn more about it. In case you want your product pages to have longer meta titles, you can use the real product page title and not the meta one. You just need to change this:

{%- else -%}
  {{ page_title }}
{%- endif -%}

to this:

{%- elsif template contains 'product' -%}
{{ product.title }}
{%- else -%}
{{ page_title }}
{%- endif -%}

Hope this helps :)

In theme.liquid find the code:

  <!-- Title and description ================================================== -->
  <title>
  {{ page_title }}{% if current_tags %}{% assign current_tags_joined = current_tags | join: ', ' %} &ndash; {{ 'general.meta.tags' | t: tags: current_tags_joined }}{% endif %}{% if current_page != 1 %} &ndash; {{ 'general.meta.page' | t: page: current_page }}{% endif %}{% unless page_title contains shop.name %} &ndash; {{ shop.name }}{% endunless %}
  </title>

  {% if page_description %}
    <meta name="description" content="{{ page_description | escape }}">
  {% endif %}

And replace {{ page_title }} by:

{%- if template contains 'product' -%}{{ product.title }}{%- else -%}{{ page_title }}{%- endif -%}
