Immediate help needed with trying to verify facebook page.

I am using ads on facebook and it has been wokring fine. But i recently went on a trip and signed in from a different location, and now FB needs phone number verification. 

When I enter my phone number, it says that the 'phone number is not valid', yet it is my phone number. 

I tried to report a problem, but then it asks me to log in, which then takes me back to the phone number page. 

So, facebooks method is broken, and its basically a big loophole.  Does anyone know how to fix this, I really need it since I am trying to run ads.

Which phone do you use? US phone number or your local phone number?

Hi Leo,

Sorry to hear that, 

• Are you trying to login from the vacation or are you back home? try using the same IP you always login from.
• Are you using your phone number on two accounts?
• Are you by any chance logged in on another device / computer?
• Are you using two factor recovery?
