Klaviyo Flows and Open Rates

Hello All,

 

Is there anyone who can offer one on one assistance for setting up flows and increasing open rates.  For example I am told that even after I instruct visitors to add my emails to their personal inboxes they still notice them going to Junk Email folders. This is becoming frustrating when you send 350 Emails and only 15-20 are opened or clicked.  Klaviyo support isn't much help unless you have a certain tiered plan. My website is www.sassaries.com

Hi. I haven't tried Privy for email marketing.  I actually just set up a meeting to see the options they offer.

Klaviyo are going to be good for your email deliverability. So, their platform is not the issue.

 

You very well could have a bad Sender Score, or a bunch of other past practices that have ruined your sender reputation. Run your welcome series emails through https://glockapps.com/. You will get the best insights in better understanding why your emails are ending up in the junk folder.

 

Open and click through rates very for the type of email, but if that's what you're getting for the first few of your welcome series emails, there is huge room for improvement.

Getting out from the spam filters might take sometime. In the normal scenario, when following some good practices you should be able to get back into the inbox, but you will have to work on improving your deliverability by improving your mailing engagement.
