Lots of Traffic No Sales / any One Try selling on only 1 page and only 1 product/ More SALES???

We have lots of great IDEA'S of Gifts and Home Decor Products, 

but we heard, on a great results in SALES, by having only 1 PAGE - 1 PRODUCTS it's more results as MORE SALES... 

still not experiencing that, we are having traffic, no SALES YET... 

advertising with KIT, ( SHOPIFY ON FACEBOOK ) PINTEREST, INSTAGRAM... lots of views, traffic and no sales!!

so THE QUESTION :  Any one experienced , only 1 products it's more sales?? or let back our site with LOTS of more products?? 

please your feedback as an entrepreneur and you are in the same boat means a lots??
