Hi all,

I have added a couple of products on my store for the upcoming Fall season and launched a View Content FB ad campaign two days ago. Amazingly, the results from the campaign have been very positive with low CPC @ $0.17-18 stable. As for to date, I have generated 107 unique link clicks with CTR of 11.4% and relevance score of 10.

Today will be the 3rd day of this campaign and only one Add to Cart (ATC) conversion was achieved. Could you offer your sincere feedback on my store, its price point and what else can be done to increase the ATC conversion? I'm hoping to get at least the first Purchase from this FB ad.

Here's the link to my store: https://urban-zodiacs.myshopify.com

I look forward to your kind response.

Br,

Rosli

Hi Rosli, your website looks slick and targeting some niche customers. I liked the simple yet effective design with urgency & trust factors. Only one thing from images point of view, instead of laying them veritically, can you just make it as a slider(like a gallery). And also the Buy Now button is not so prominent and took me more than 5 seconds to see where the button is.

Coming back to your question, Ad/Email marketing can be tricky if you don't niche down your customer segments. You can easily burn your pockets if the ads are not targeting your customer audience. If you already have customer emails (or) leads I would suggest to try out this app(there's a free credit on it) to get your customer interests https://apps.shopify.com/customer-insights. Once you know your customer interests then you can segment them appropriately on facebook ad campaign (or) even send the emails out appropriately based on their interests. This can help you to target similar audience.

One simple tweak would be to remove the country flags from the reviews. Test this.

Hey Rosli,

Are you targeting the right audience for your ads? Sometimes it helps to check who your audience is to make sure their interests are aligned with what you're advertising. I recommend checking out Pollen as it can help you with improving your ad performance.
