When I try to send a marketing campaign email I get the following:
"Your email couldn’t be sent
Shopify Email is blocked for your shop. Contact Support to troubleshoot the issue."
Since I can't actually contact anyone at Shopify right now, what am I supposed to do? This feature worked last week, and doesn't work all of a sudden?
Ambiguous messages like this are extremely annoying, as they could have just sent an email saying the reason or something along those lines.
Don't worry it seems like any misjudgment or policy violation case or any change in the policy of Shopify. Which may get resolved
