There are some parts of your shop that you should improve:
1- Use the menu sliding images to promote some of your collections.
2- Create more collections and add it to the menu bar of the homepage.
3- Add more featured products and collections to your homepage.
4- Create an "About Us" section.

I checked your website and in my opinion it looks great. I would just say that you should try Google Shopping advertising for your products. That may lead to some sales. Facebook is great for building that loyal audience, but Google is great if you want to see results asap and to get motivated.
Alsp, if you have another $60-$70 to spend, I would recommend installing your own SSL, which should improve your conversion rate.
I hope this helps.
Your photos looks good - I usually check that first because that can often be a factor for people, but you look good there.
I have three boys who shop and I'm not sure but I wonder if your prices might be a little high - I could be wrong. (Please don't be offended, I'm not an expert on hats.)
I have good luck with sales on Pinterest and Facebook. Even if you don't have a huge following there and posts might not seem to generate much action, they can still generate sales especially if you include hashtags and keep it professional.
You might also want to supplement your sales on Etsy. I've been there since 2011 and have have a few thousand sales there. Might be just enough to keep you funded while you grow your web store through Shopify.

Nice catalog of products. I recommend to include an "About Us" page to familiarize your customers with you and your store. HERE is a Shopify guide for you to make your first sale. I checked your Facebook Page and you have a lot of followers, which is great, so I wouldn't be discouraged with the Facebook platform. I suggest to investigate your target audience more. Testing and figuring out the right target audience do take time. Facebook Blueprint has free courses in targeting. Also, there are Shopify apps that find out your target audience for you and automate the advertising process. Check out Pollen. Hope this helps and good luck with your business!
