Make sure you are tracking everything so that you can determine where your website is failing.
Ask a friend to try and buy from you, and to be brutally honest about the experience.
Are they the right visitors? e.g. Are they from a country you sell in? Are they visiting via search terms that indicate an intent to purchase?
I only clicked throiug to one product. I did not see one bit of content on the way. Nothing about you on the home page, nothing expalaining what a category was about. And nothing to explain the product and why I should buy it.
Yout providing your visitors with no information to help them decide yuor product is right for them.
How many of your visitors decide to add a product to the cart. And out of them, how many actually buy?
It looks like that content was taken from the manufacturer. A Google search on the first sentence showed over 100 pages with the same description. You're not going to stand out, or rank with copied content. People will buy the cheapest one, and Google will only rank the most authoritative one.

Sliding banners look great, make sure to use high res images, as they seem to be slightly distorted. Add CTA [call to action] to encourage clicks, improve customer journey and time spent on the site
Top navigation – some links are in caps, some in lower case, make sure to keep the font consistent
Featured collections – you feature jewelry – make sure to stick to one niche [toys] and cater to one target market [kids]
Featured items – consider changing the layout to have 3-4 items in a row and feature 9-12 products only. In retail ‘Less is More’ J
About us – add more content, optimize this page using H tags and make it 500+ words long
Collection page looks great
Product page – the multiple photos push the product description down the page, consider improving the layout by moving the description up the page - below the Add to Cart button and on the right hand site from the main photo
Contact us – description is dismissive. Encourage people to contact you. Add CTA and hyperlinked email address
Add shipping page / returns page and a blog. Be active on social media – and extend the website branding onto your social media profiles as well. At the moment each profile looks different. Hope it helps!
