Multiple installations of Global site tag (gtag.js) detected

Hello

I have one Google Conversion Script in my shopify Checkout--> Additional Script No extra code in theme or 3rd party app

and also i'm using shopify native google analytic option.( online store--> preferences )

but when i check with Google Tag Assistant its showing me extra Tag

I have follow shopify guide why its show more Tag/script ?

I'm running google ads, it's getting miss reporting i need fast solution for that

One step I recommend you do is download the theme, then using an IDE search for the Google Analytics id's. Maybe you installed it without realizing.
