I just want to share the horrible experience that I am having with the e-seller Myhomen. And if someone else has pass through this, please, help me!
I am writing here because this seller said it is powered by Shopify!!
I have ordered an item from Myhomeh just because they have a Return policy on their web site. But once I wanted to return the item I discovered that there is no shipping address where I should send back the item in order to complete whit my part of the conditions and have right to receive back the amount I have paid. I send the e-mail to email@example.com, which is the unique contact put in the web site and in this moment start my hassle with Myhomeh. They don’t want to facilitate me any address where I can return the item. All the time they offer mi some $ 3 gift cards and deny to accept the devolution. I am desperate how to resolve this case. I have paid more than $50 and really want my money back!

So sorry to hear about your experience with this store. Shopify is the service that some shops use to build their website and shopping cart. We don't ship or manage the stores’ inventory or orders. Each merchant's shop is an independent business and they are responsible for running their business (fulfilling orders, etc). We would not be a marketplace like Amazon or eBay. A merchant would essentially 'rent' space from us to sell their products online, like a Shopping Mall.

The FAQ will go over how to get your money back from the order, and also how to submit a complaint against the store in question if you feel they have not fulfilled the sale as they promised. We take claims like this very seriously, so I do hope this is resolved for you soon!
