I recently opened a store and signed up to adword yesterday but when I try to claim my google adwords coupon it says "NO ADWORDS CREDITS AVAILABLE"

How do I get my £75 coupon?

Nick here from Shopify. 

Great question. There are two main reasons why your Google AdWords might not be showing up. The first being is if your store is in an eligible region. You mentioned GBP which makes me believe you are based in the UK which is an eligible region, so I don't believe it would be that. The second reason is the Adwords code is not released until 24 hrs after your first invoice to Shopify from purchasing your plan. Can I ask when you started your plan? Shopify also has a great guide on this which might also help and shed some light for you here

Hi Nick. I bought the business and the shopify account off someone who claimed he hadn't used the coupon yet. I believe the plan has been running a few months and he had never properly opened the store. You're right I'm in the UK and so I should be eligable by the sounds of it. Who do I email to get someone to look into it?

Hi, I am based in the UK and am experiencing the same problem with that the £75 Google Voucher is not available. I have had my Shopify account for a while but it was offline for quite a while while I was working on the brand in the background, now I have launched a new site and would like to use the voucher, but alas it's saying its not available. Thanks in advance
