It's best to choose 2-3 channels to focus your marketing on whether it be email, facebook, instagram, or adwords PPC. It all comes down to what works best for you, but fashion stores seem to succeed with a combination of facebook/instagram advertising and email marketing. Paid influencer content on instagram can be a good option too.
Also try running a free popup on your store with a small discount for first time buyers. It's a great way to get your first sales and start building up an email list.

If I were you I would focus on a niche market first. Try to zero in on a local market or a very specific demographic that you know well. It will be easier to use social media, find teh right groups, use the best tone to talk to them, etc. if you can picture the person you're talking to.

Maybe you should try Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads or Google Adwords. It will help you driving potential customers to your store.
