Hello, 

I am seeking some general feedback on my online store before 2021 spring summer begins so I am able to put the necessary actions into work. 

Would love some feedback to help with conversions on the website.

I checked your website. 

Below is my feedback 

Good site good logo. 

1. In mobile the header is not loading correctly. 

2. The chat section in mobile is kept open. Due to which the footer area is not accessible correctly.

3. There is a issue in product pricing I have served clients in this industry so I am saying. 

4. Also the product details page in mobile version needs to be in correct order currently it's not. 

5. About page is missing 

6. The menu on top needs to be corrected.

7. I would suggest shift the footer navigation section on top. As there is a alert coming too. 

Let me know if you wish to increase your product sales via digital channels online. 

Also I would be providing you further free detailed website audit report.

Upon checking your website on desktop - try to get rid of this promo app SPIN and WIN - Google will term this in Account suspension. This have happened with clients before.

Also there are to many popups coming one is the messenger stays open in desktop once the site is open, then spin and win then another popup of for sign up. Too much distraction.

Add the GIFT CARD option in TOP MENU as a link to GIFT CARD page so people landing on inner pages will see too currently it is only on home page

Remove terms and conditions on cart slider as well as on cart page

remove the email ids of brand companies you have inventory. this helps in privacy of your business.

You can also add in menu Shop By Brand and have the brand name of companies listed there - upon clicking only those brand products will be loaded. This is will help user shop your store via brand names.

On OUR STORY PAGE - https://www.topazluxe.com/pages/our-story Add image of your store it will look great.

On mobile and desktop on product details page remove 

Size delivery and returns and ask question as size guide is already there in drop-downs.

In drop-down keep as pay by klarna

Hello

Thank you very much for your feedback, was really helpful

I have removed the pop ups for the messenger and the spin wheel.

I have also added into the main menu the gift card.

For the Our story, there is no store, the brand is all online so wont be
able to add a store image here and in regards to adding tgas with brands
this is only one brand and at the moment there is one collection. So this
is why I have put to shop by styles in the collection.

Regarding brands on stock list page try to remove brand names to keep ur privacy from other competitors.
