Old FB Pixel in Checkout and Order Status page

Hello Friends,

I have a problem that is driving me nuts and I have spent endless hours trying to solve it. On my checkout and order status page is an old pixel. I don't know why he is there nore how to remove it. But on my checkout he is stell there and I can not implement my new one. As I am in the EU I use the GDPR Legal Cookie app for implemting tracking. This is just for you information. I don't know if it has to do with the problem. But I am by law not allowed to use the standard implementation for tracking.

I use the theme "Supply". Maybe the mess happend while I changed from Venture to Supply?

So can please anybody help me? On my product pages I have now the new correct pixel. But on checkout the old one....

I trust you're well and safe.

There can be multiple reasons to this. As per your query, I would suggest to contact the Shopify support team regarding this issue as it might be a bug that you would be dealing with on your store with the pixel.

They will revert back to you within 1-2 days and will solve it as per my experience.

As far the GDPR Legal Cookie app is concerned, it is somewhere related to that but I don't think that can be the reason behind this issue.

We would also be able to help and assist you if in case you face further issues regarding your pixel setup and store development.

Like I said above, there can be multiple issues so without looking into the matter, I cannot mention just one reason.
