Good Evening Folks
We've been trying to work out some segments on our Mailchimp e-mail list but the numbers just aren't working, am I missing something blaringly obvious?
Something simple like 'subscribed users who have not opened any of our last 5 campaigns' is saying that 90% of our list meets this criteria. This just isn't right!
Is it a bug on MailChimp or something I'm doing wrong? Can't contact Mailchimp support as we're a free user (for now, but only just) which is also mildly infuriating.
