Hello, I am wondering about the tag feature in the product description editor. Do the tags that I use get picked up in any way by Google (etc) or are they just there to help me organize my products? I have recently taken an interest in this because I am trying to use Google Shopping Ads and am attempting to do all I can to have Google figure out what keywords best fit my products. I have been adding a lot of tags to each product (10-15!) that I would not have otherwise added (because I usually only need 1-2 tags per product for my own and do not need all these extra tags to organize my products for my store) and am wondering if I am just wasting my time adding all these products, or do they somehow get passed on to Google?

Tags will do nothing for SEO. Tags are used to organize products and help with internal search, but they are not going to help with SEO. SEO is super complex, but product page titles, meta descriptions and product descriptions are important to use help Google understand what the pages are about and properly index them and hopefully rank them.
I would start focusing on your page titles of your products. For example, here are a few of your page titles for your products which are too generic. For instance, the "Penguin Necklaces - LeilaCools" could be adjusted to "Handmade Penguin Glass Pendant Necklace | LeilaCools" - the meta description looks good. Page titles should be around 60 characters and meta descriptions around 140 characters. Product descriptions are also very important so take time to provide details - don't worry so much about Google - write for your customers first and foremost.
SEO is super complex and there are many, many different techniques to ranking well. But, I would start with the basics and get your page titles and meta descriptions optimized. Also use Google Search Console to see if you are driving any organic traffic and from what keywords and pages. This will also give you a place to monitor any keywords your site may be ranking for currently or as you make optimizations to your site.
Finally I would recommend reading Moz's beginners guide to SEO. It will help you understand the fundamentals and what it takes to drive traffic organically.

I just happen to be doing some late night product description writing at the moment. Not the funnest!
For the Penguins Necklace listing, 'Handmade Penguins Necklace' is the most important phrase for that listing so instead of putting 'Glass Pendant' within the phrase, I wrote 'Handmade Penguin Necklace, Art Glass Pendant | LeilaCools'. Does that make sense, seo-wise?

Avoid using duplicate words in product title and URL, Avoid using words such as "and ", "or".
I recommend using SEO App such as flare to verifiably submit your store content to major search engines.
