I am using the Google Shopping Feed app and all of my products have been accepted according to Google Merchant Center, but none of my products show up in Google Shopping, even if I search for my store by name (fonefrost). Interestingly, a few of my product categories do show up anyway. Does anyone know if there’s something else I need to do?

I looked into this for you and am wondering if you have synced your product feed yet? The reason I ask is that the Google Shopping app syncs your products in a separate step after your Merchant Center Account has been configured, if this has not been completed I don't believe the products will show up like they aren't for you. Shopify has a helpful document on this going into it in more detail which you can see here. There is also a document about syncing your products specifically which you might also find useful here. I was thinking it could be something to do with the product requirements but you mentioned the products have been accepted, so it led me to think it could be to do with the syncing. Would you be able to let me know if you have synced the products yet and if you have we can take a closer look as to why this might be happening.

First check is product approval. Done. Next is other Merchant Center suspensions/warnings. Third is the campaign setup right? Does it have a sufficient bid, budget, and targeting? If the products have just been approved, it can still take a few days for the impressions to ramp up.

Recently I linked my Shopify Account with my Google Merchant Center and exported all of my items into the Google Merchant Center account. (all product are approved in the Google Merchant Center)
I have also completed all the steps to confirm and link my accounts as well as successfully running my Google Shopping campaign based off of the feed.
All the items have been approved however, I have yet to see them appear in the organic search results for "shopping.google.com". I see other competitors with their website and products appearing however, mine do not seem to be despite no feed errors.
Does anyone know how I can get the products listed under this specific section of the site? Thanks in advance for the help!

Can I ask if you have any campaigns set up and when you set it up? As Joshua mentions it can still take a few days. Once products are approved, the next step is to create a campaign.

Google Shopping is a paid advertising platform, and there is no such thing as Organic listings.
Make sure you have connected Google Merchant Center to Google Ads: https://support.google.com/merchants/answer/6159060?co=ADWORDS.IsAWNCustomer%3Dtrue&hl=en&oco=0
Make sure you have created a shopping campaign in Google Ads : https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/3455481?co=ADWORDS.IsAWNCustomer%3Dtrue&hl=en&oco=0
And also never ever use visual searches to determine if your products are showing in an query result. As a) you are not getting an accurate representation of results, as historic searches, users searches, click habit, bids and a lot of other factors determine a result, meaning that what you see is not what other see. b) by doing this you are damaging your own performance if you do see your ads.
Instead always use Google Ads reports or column data to analyze your account. Never visual searches.

We're also experiencing the same thing. They recently announced that they are enabling free product listings in the US and this is the reason why we registered about a week ago. All our products have been accepted according to Google Merchant Center, but none show up in Google Shopping. I believe it's already synced and my concern is do we still have to setup a campaign and make sure we have sufficient bid, budget and targeting even though we're aiming to just get free product listings?
Once the products are synced, they still need to be approved by Google which can take time sometimes, only approved products appear in Google Shopping tab search results. Shopify has a helpful guide that goes into detail about everything you need to do to show your products via Google Shopping which you can read here. You wouldn't necessarily need to have a campaign set up to have the products viewed.
