So sorry to hear that you're seeing a delay in those products showing up! Syncing can take some hours due to Facebook's policies - occasionally, quite some time, if there's a lot of new products to sync. That said, if it's been more than 24 hours or so, there may be a problem with the integration with your store. What I'll do here is reach out to you in an email - if it turns out that it has been longer than this span of time, just reply to that email to grant me access to your settings. We'll take a look and, if need be, loop in our escalated support team on the conversation!
