Recharge Subscription orders not tracking

Hi,

 

I use recharge for subscription boxes. They use a separate checkout page to the standard Shopify checkout.

NONE of the recharge orders has any conversion details at all. I have contacted recharge explaining this and they say they can't help and to contact Facebook. 

Despite me pointing out that there is no details for anything, not just facebook/Instagram, theres no google or "direct to your store"

 

I took recharges advice of contacting fb and they of course couldn't do anything, recharge can't do anything so not sure what to do, please help
