You should also check out eRated which is a reviews and ratings widget you can display on your store and if you're selling anywhere else online, you can sync and import your reviews across your stores too!
Definitely collecting reviews. Search any top 10 needed features for a Ecommerce store, they'll add tell you that Reviews are important.
Use your customer's words to help you sell more.
There's a free app:
and the add-on
Another one worth checking out is Aimtell (https://aimtell.com)
It allows your visitors to subscribe to your website with one click - no forms or email required. Then at any point you can send them a website push notification to drive them back to your site. Current opt in rates are over 75% and click through rates are 5x higher than email - so it's quite powerful stuff!
Also works very well to automatically recover abandoned carts. You can set it to automatically send a notification to anyone that added a product to your cart but left before ordering (even before they entered their contact details) with a message like "finish your order and save 20% with promo code save20".
I suggest you check out these 2 apps.
1. SEO Doctor. Use this app to diagnose your shop’s SEO issues for free. SEO is one of the most important things you can do to make your site more visible to online customers. If done properly, SEO can drive a horde of free, highly targeted traffic EVERYDAY to your shop.
2. Kudobuzz Testimonials. Generate more customer reviews and testimonials through social media and an after purchase mail feature. With Google Rich Snippet enabled, your reviews are optimized for search engines to improve the rankings of your products in search results.
All the best.
Thanks for responding. I will give a go to SEO Doctor. The testimonials sounds good when I get my first sale, which is the part I am really having a problem, I get very little traffic with no sales. I am already working on my company branding, to create credibility on social network. It just started few weeks ago. I was hoping for something to bring targeted traffic to my site and that make a purchase.
Customer service is one of the best (and one of the most important) channels for marketing and increasing sales. If you can understand the customers' issues, the problems they're having, what products they're looking at, their purchase history, and interact with them in real time, then conversions will come!
If you're looking for a single app that can do all that (email, social media, chat, KB, data-connections, Shopify integration), then give Reamaze a try. I'm the customer experience guru there so feel free to reach out!
