Store isn’t eligible for Instagram product tagging [REASONS WHY?]

Has anyone had the problem that they have had instgram shopping for 2 years working perfectly and then they suddenly have it taken away like me today

Yes my Instagram stopped working yesterday. I normally tag my products with no issue but now Instagram says I’m not eligible for shopping??? I spoke with Shopify and they said that there was nothing wrong with their end so I should contact Instagram. 
I spoke with Instagram and they said that I should wait 48 hours to see if this issue fixed itself!? 
Very frustrating!

this is what they have told me which sounds like a total nightmare, just gave them the go ahead so will see what actually happens
