Have you guys ever come across a way to ensure AR models can load from a page displaying in Instagram's or Facebook's web viewer?

Great question! Our viewer does work on those mobile apps, so when a user lands on your store within Instagram/Facebook - they're able to use our viewer and kick out to AR with a simple pop-up.

Ah I see. Why is that the case? Is it because FB and Insta browsers aren't
compatible or something?

In-App browsers generally have their own set of limitations compared to
native browsers.
