I have been crawling through this forum and most of google (Yeah... Im wild that way). I have read the document for how to get your shopify store verfied by Google Search Console. My site is not password protected.
I have added the Meta tag in the theme.liquid. Both under the <head> and under one of the other meta tags. Google will not verify - telling me that they can't find the meta tag. It shows when I look for it in Chrome.
I tried adding my site both with http and https in google search console. If I use https googl can't find my site at all.
I added a html file, following the steps both in the document and various ideas about it ind this forum. When i hit Verify this comes up:
Verification failed for http://www.pleasurebox.dk/ ;using the HTML file method (Less than a minute ago). Your verification file has the wrong content. Are you using the verification file that was downloaded from this site?

I don't know what to do... I hope some clever person here, can guide me in the right direction.
Did you follow the guide for setting up the domain name?. It looks like you might have set that up incorrectly as it's using a URL Frame for the redirection. You don't want to redirect the domain in this way.
How did you setup the redirection?
