Our shopify store TapaReef www.tapareef.com and www.tapareef.com.au is about 6 months old and is starting to generate modest sales. We are looking to build our following, brand awareness and traffic through social media. We need someone to help us out a couple of hours per week to help us establish our social media image and manage our posts, contests etc. Has anyone used a virtual social media assistant that they can recommend? We are based in the US and Australia which is where most of our customers are.
I would always suggest you hire someone to do social media for you in terms of posting and interacting with your customers, but if you're looking for a virtual marketing assistant this app is the absolute best:
Thanks Alicia! I have been looking at the Kit app on the app store so I think we will give it a try. I think we will still need someone to help us work out a strategy for our posts though - frequency, content etc.
