Did you submit your sitemap to google? Shopify creates a sitemap dynamically for you. domainname/sitemap.xml
check out Google Webmaster Tools on how to submit your sitemap. Some nice tools to keep track of internal/external links, etc…
Stupid to ask, but do you have links from your 160 domains, 45 websites to your new store? If they are crawled daily, then google should pick up your site pretty quickly.
It took about 3-5 weeks for us to start showing on the front page of google with our optimized keywords. This was without any incoming links.
Check out my new post in this section. You kind of asked a relevant question just as I was thinking about posting this.
Some other things that I noticed. Your domain names,
bamboostorehawaii.com and hawaiiandays.ws both redirect to their myshopify.com counterparts. This could be a reason why google is ignoring you. If you want use those domains, then set shopify up to use them using the DNS howto on the wiki.
Also, If you own www.hawaiiandays.com/ then adding a fat link from that PR 4 front page should give Google a swift kick in @&! to get you going.
Tobi & gang made a change to the display of bots in the Shopify Dashboard on Feb 26 (see the ‘changelog’ at the foot of the admin screen):
Updated visits tracking to ignore most search engine spiders
I noticed a significant drop in apparent traffic at about that time, but the visits figures are now more accurately representative of actual people visiting the store.
Yoohoo! http://bamboostorehawaii.com was picked up by Google yesterday and sits at less than 10 positions. I’m so happy! Bamboo curtains, anyone?
