I need your help. I created a dropship store in november. I have a lot of products. I have several retargeting campaigns and a landing page with a free ebook. I have even made a small facebook ads campaign. My store has received more than 1.200 visits. But I have not made any sales. Not a single one. I think the store is easy to navigate through, the products are cute, my prices are competitive, I offer free delivery in my main potential markets, my CTA is very clear and I think the store is pretty. Buy obviously I'm doing something wrong, based on the results.
Could you, please, take a look at my store and tell me what I'm doing wrong and what can be improved? I'd really appreciate that. It's:
Thank you very much in advance!
Thank you, Jason. I'm active on social media, too. I created an account on facebook some months ago, but it only grew during the FA campaign. Now it's not growing, maybe because of the new facebook politics. So I created an Instagram account like 3 weeks ago, and this one is growing quite good (almost 600 folowers in 3 weeks, and growing faster every day). But again, some interaction but no sales. I also have an account on Pinterest. In the three of them, I try not to only show my products, but provide interesting and fun information that parents may need and like.
Your site looks very put together and well organized! In my experience, an increase in traffic without the reflective sales often has to do with targeting issues. It could be that your ads are simply not reaching the correct audience. You have a very specific demographic - how are you targeting them? Are you doing so manually or through Lookalike audiences? If you are doing so manually, this could be a major reason your ads are not being seen by the correct people.
You mentioned that you are running retargeting campaigns. This means you have the ability to use Lookalike audiences to target people who are purchasing similar products to your own. Although navigating Lookalike audiences on Facebook Ads can be somewhat time consuming, Shopify has apps like Pollen (https://apps.shopify.com/poln) that can help you cut through the confusion. Pollen enables you to acquire customers on Facebook and across the web simply and cost effectively. Through powerful automation, Pollen offers an easy-to-use marketing platform that’s sole expertise is in driving sales.
Advertising on Facebook is your biggest asset when it comes to marketing campaigns. Not only is it free (!), it reaches a huge number of people likely to buy your products. Allow apps like Pollen to help you along the way and maximize your sales.
Hopefully this helps! Good luck!
When i Go into the site immidiately a pop appear so it is toooo bad...
now asuming you send traffic via ads i go into the product page and there are REALLY TOOOO much stuff going on there, your product instead of stand out on the right side there were other products which they would steal the GLORY of your product and on top on the same right side a pop with recent sales appear which is a BAD practice....
when you send someone to a product page you want the product do the selling itself and the visitor attention to be on your product
the cart page is unoptimized , need a note and continue shopping button shouldnt exist there
the checkout page is not optimized,
a) the paypal should be deleted
b) there is no scarcity or trust
now i saw you use a coupon which is great practice but TOOOOOOO BAD excecution,
1 you should use the coupon on exit intent and not have it on the right side of the site,
2 when the user try to leave and you show the coupon we understand that they were about to leave so you should send them to the checkout page and the coupon to be applied coz they stay just for the better deal
3 in mobile is super hard to even find the coupon area
4 you dont have exit intent on checkout
5 you dont have sharp scrol on mobile or back button
6 you dont have 1 click autosubmit
you should really use supersalesbooster.com
i am sure i have review this site and i saw it again you did about half of the stuff we said, so no wonder why it is still sooooooooo slow and poor optimized... it even have the beeketing code installed when you don't have the bekeeting app....
this site needs to be build from the ground up.....
if you need any inquiry you can contact to email@example.com
now don't get me wrong i am not try to sell my services even though you need them, i state what needs to be done, and now you repost the site and still have the same issues.....
you cannot do the same thing expecting different result.
Since you're already active on social media, you should do well with Facebook retargeting. I see 4-5x return ad spend on my main store.
I use an app called Shoelace. It works like magic completely autopilot and they create the ads for you (you just confirm them and they launch).
Lifestyle pics - I would mix your Instagram with some lifestyle type pics, rather than only products. Think about what your audience wants to see (and what gets a lot of likes in your industry), and post more of that.
Tough challenge. Here's my $0.02
Companies come to us every day whose marketing performance has not been strong to date. Mack Weldon, apparel company for men, was one. We used our digital performance arm to help drive that success.
We found that a combination of Google Shopping, Search and FB ads were the key to our integrated strategy. More on this here if you want to see what our strategy was - https://bit.ly/2GE1WYd
