a lot of traffic no conversions

Hi everyone.

I am really desperate and could use some help.

So i started my shop a week ago after closing it last year and since starting it i made a very big makeover.

Im getting a lot of traffic between 200-300 people a day and 0 conversions.

I run a lot of facebook ads and i try to narrow the audience as much as possible but yet no success.

My bounce rate is 80-90% so i assume that the problem is in the facebook ads even tho i do exactly as the pros in youtube say to do it.

If anyone could check out my store and give me some feedback and maybe some advices i would really appreciate it because this situation is not easy.

I loved your store. Astounding products. Before wasting all your  money on facebook ads learn that your site doesn't convert your traffic sales—You need to validate your website before you spend money on traffic (ads). You need to make your store ready for engagement. Make sure your store is ready to capture and engage new visitors. If not then you may end up losing all your money. Because if you’re seeing a good amount of traffic but it’s not translating into sales, it may indicate there’s something about your site that’s not convincing customers to go through with a purchase. 

 

Yes, banner and pop-up can help you generate extra revenue through your company website. And make sure that you delay it to one minute to give your customers a bit more time to look around the homepage.
Conversion rates for pop ups are high and most surprising discovery is that the pop up doesn't increase bounce rate at all. This is ample time for your audience to get hooked by your content, whilst also being quick enough to catch skimmers before they leave.

Display reviews and testimonials, Whether you’ve got Google reviews, Facebook ratings, or simply positive comments that customers have emailed to you, make sure you creatively showcase them on your store.
You can create a seperate review page. I would recommend you to add a button on your homepage so that every new visitor can get a glance.

Create an engaging and interactive website. I see engagement missing in your store. I would love to suggest you what more can be added in order to boost up your sales and low down your bounce rate.

Chatbot- Chatbots in your business is that they save time. For instance, when used on your website they can provide fast, automated answers to most questions.

This will engage your customers and prevent customers from waiting for a day or longer to receive responses as they would have in the past.

 

You need to start focusing on your "website engagement and interaction". No matter how much effort you put on your store but everything will go in vain if you are not able to capture your visitors on the website. if website having a lots of traffic but no leads or conversion .....then you should do...

 

1. check your landing page, do not make it complicate

2. create your landing page more attractive and friendly

3. title, description should be engagable and catchy...( short title attract more)

4. use related keyword with high searches and low competion

5. always comes with offer for customers
