Hi, I created my online store a few months ago and I am almost at the point of giving up. I thought I am doing everything right but still my store is not improving in terms of sales. In fact, it's getting worse. I had a few sales at the beginning, but not anymore. Can someone tell me what am doing wrong?

I know that Orange Twig sounds like a good deal. However it's mostly HARD MARKETING posts. You really need to sprinkle in some NON sales posting to make your feed look and feel less automated.
If a customer smells hard sell automation, they aren't going to be willing to buy. There's no social media autopilot you really need to sit down and CURATE posts that are of Value to the customer not just a funnel to lead them to you. Funnels trap people in, but they don't make them buy.

Advertise not only the products but what they stand for. This means you'll have relevence with your customers. They'll feel you understand them, building that sort of trust is the first step to building a conversion when it comes to social media!
