facebook blocked the link to my store

I fixed it! I had this issue as well, no response from FB for over a year!

I found a post in a tech blog from someone that said he could help me unblock my website domain.

He actually fixed it and UNBLOCKED my website. It was a while ago, and my website never got blocked again.

I think his name is John, I reached him through email, karlin.john@gmail.com

I really hope he will help you, he really saved me from a huge headache!

I have had this same issue from the start mcdrivethru.com and yourkeyboards.com i tried modifying the dns settings with the extension that Facebook provided and still no luck. Is there a way to resolve this right from the get go when you open a store with shopify????

I am also having problems with facebook. It is very frustrating that all you can do is follow the help desk instructions or report to the issue by filling in the blanks in the form and send.

How do I talk to the tech support on this? I'm so pissed that I have sent the problem to them everyday for 5 days.

Hello, I had the same problem with my Facebook and Shopify. The only difference is, I didn't even get to post anything on my Facebook besides the profile picture and the url to my Shopify store. Now I can't even run ads on Facebook which makes me upset. Hopefully you were able to get a response from Facebook. Please let me know if you were able to get this problem fixed.
