I had exactly the same issue.
I found this guy in a tech blog, his name his John.
I emailed him and he unblocked my website. I think he has his key contacts in Facebook.
Try to send him email karlin.john@gmail.com describing your issue, I'm sure he will help you.
BTW, he doesn't need any details, just the blocked website address.
