I understand what it's like to be a small business owner. Sometimes life gets in the way of your business when you're running things alone. Now that you've decided to focus on your store again, I'm sure you can get back on track. We're only 22 days away from the biggest shopping weekend of the year, Black Friday/Cyber Monday. If you ramp up your marketing now, you could use that weekend to leverage sales and get your business moving again. Check out The 27-Point Checklist to Prepare Your Store for Black Friday Cyber Monday. I would also recommend you sign up for Shopify Academy. All courses are free and they're run by successful store owners. There's a great course on Instagram Marketing and we have a live workshop scheduled for next Tuesday on Proven Black Friday and Cyber Monday Traffic Strategies.
When it comes to e-commerce and Social Media Marketing, you definitely need to be consistent. It takes time to build an audience and when that audience doesn't hear from you for a while, it can be harder to grab their attention back. I notice even now, it's been a few days since you posted on Facebook and Twitter. I'd recommend you post daily. Keep in mind, you can spend time setting your posts up in advance and schedule them to post daily using a tool such as Later. They have various plans available, including a free plan. You can set up your Instagram account so that it posts automatically on Facebook and Twitter at the same time it posts on Instagram.
Consider the content you are posting. There's a lot of benefit in adding value for your followers, rather than only posting your products. Check out What to Post on Instagram: 20 Post Ideas to Spice Up Your Feed. Similarly, you can add value for your followers by creating content such as blog posts. Since you are selling fitness gear, you could consider creating posts on health and fitness to target your ideal customer. Running a blog increases interest in your website and in turn, it can boost your SEO which will help drive more traffic to your store. You could take an educational approach with your posts, providing information on the fitness niche. There's a great podcast, The Business Benefits of Telling Stories That Aren't About You. It tells the story of how one business leveraged content that wasn't directly about their product to drive interest in their business and traffic to their store.
Go over your store carefully and make sure everything is perfect since you took a bit of a break. Be aware of your inventory and consider if you want to bring in something new and exciting to shake things up. Check all your copy and all of your links. I noticed for example that the Instagram link on your footer is broken, it doesn't go to your Instagram page.
There are a few things you can add to your store to increase trust and in turn, boost your conversion rate. A well written About Us page is always a good idea. People are more comfortable spending money on your products if they can relate to you. I'd also add a Shipping Policy page. At the moment, I don't know where your products are shipping from, how long shipping is likely to take and without going all the way to checkout, I have no idea which carriers you use and most importantly, how much it is going to cost. I'm wondering, if I buy something and it doesn't fit, how easy will it be to get an exchange or refund? Having a clear returns policy can solve that mystery and increase your chances of closing the sale.
Make sure it's quick and easy for customers to ask you a question and receive an answer. You do have a Contact form which will send you an email. When I was on your Facebook page, I noticed you have a fast response time on Messenger. I find Messenger can be a more convenient way for a lot of people to send a quick message and it can be easier for you to quickly respond to that on your phone when you're out and about. When customers get a quick answer pre-sale, it gives them confidence you will also respond promptly if a problem arises. Why don't you install the Messenger Channel on your store so that customers can reach you that way without having to go to your Facebook page. It will also give you the opportunity to sell products directly in Messenger.
A FAQ page is another great way to answer questions for your customers pre-sale and in a lot of cases, it will mean they don't need to contact you.
I am going to send you an email with something else that may help you so check your inbox. I'm interested to hear how you get on and see what ideas you come up with for building your traffic again. Stay in touch!

Any type of online store needs to be updated frequently to ensure traffic.
Also, how are you advertising? Is it Facebook ads or are you relying mostly on SEO?
I found success through Instagram and was able to gain almost 200k followers for my first dropshipping store. This allowed most of my sales to come through Instagram.
Also, it may be your products. Some products are considered winners and some are considered losers. Check out this article to learn more about finding a winning product.
