Hi @maincivi,

Nick here from Shopify. 

Just to confirm, do you mean your PayPal account is disabled or it is disabled in your admin meaning you cannot connect it to your store? I'm not 100% clear. If it is your actual PayPal account, I would advise reaching to PayPal directly about it as it is something only they would be able to assist you with. You can contact them here

Can I also ask which country you are based in? It might be the case that PayPal is not an available gateway in the country you are in. Let me know!
